Common questions

What happens when my free trial ends?
Nothing automatic. At the end of your 30-day trial you choose a plan and enter payment details, or you don't. No automatic charges ever. Your data is retained for 30 days after the trial ends.
Can I switch plans as my organisation grows?
Yes. You can move between Starter, Growth and Enterprise at any time from your account settings. Your data stays completely intact when you change plans.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Full onboarding support is included in every plan at no extra cost. We'll help you get your participants, workers and service agreements set up before you go live.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on AWS servers in the Sydney region (ap-southeast-2). Your data never leaves Australia and is fully compliant with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
Does Ausvanta connect with other systems?
Ausvanta integrates with PRODA for NDIA submissions. Integration with payroll and accounting systems is available on Growth and Enterprise plans.
What support is available?
Starter plans include email support. Growth and Enterprise plans include priority phone support. All plans have access to our help documentation, training materials and monthly onboarding webinars.
